TOPIC: Late 60's, early 70's 40hp?

I'm looking for a late 60's, early 70's Johnson or Evinrude 40 hp, short shaft (within a reasonable distance from Albany NY) electric start with controls that would bolt right up to my '71 MFG Carefree. The pic is of the dash panel that came on the boat. The transom is 15".
