TOPIC: a picture of the twins

a picture of the two 1960 40hp johnsons we acquired last winter...plan to hang them on our 1959 red fish 17ft hardtop....we have the hoods so thinking of turning them into 1959 evinrudes (golden jubilee)...anyone remember if those teleflex controls were any good?? any one ever used the 4 blade props on a 40??...they look rather cool...john

looks good john, is your fish a 20 inch transom. they look like long shafts. remember that I need a short drive shaft for my 1967 big twin. frog

I believe that those 4 blade props are "work props" used when pushing a barge or pontoon boats, and have a low pitch.

Can't stand it anymore. When I saw the title "a picture of the twins" it isn't quite what I was expecting. Normally "the twins" sometimes refer to female anatomy
