The 11th Annual Madison Area Boat Show, presented by the Glacier Lakes Chapter of the Antique & Classic Boat Society, will commence August 5th and 6th, 2016.
Madison Lake Cruise
Friday August 5, 2016 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
You are invited to join us on a three-lake-cruise on the beautiful Yahara chain of lakes.
Boaters will travel across Lake Waubesa, Lake Monona and Lake Mendota. During the cruise you will see the landscapes of the beautiful City of Madison including The Wisconsin State Capitol.
Following the cruise, we will dock at the Edgewater Hotel, then enjoy lunch on the Boathouse deck which overlooks Lake Mendota.
Friday Night, boaters will return to Christy’s Landing enjoy a Fish Boil and Tiki Hut Beach Party.
Pre-registration required. Overnight security provided. The trip will include passage thru the Tenney Locks which requires a $5.00 fee.
Mark your calendar and hope for sun. The three lake cruise is weather permitting.
Madison Area Boat Show
Saturday August 6, 2016 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
This show will feature many outstanding antique and classic boats.
The show is open to the public. There’s plenty of in-water and on-land exhibitor space available. Awards are presented at 4:30pm with an outdoor banquet celebration at Christy’s Landing.
The Madison Area Boat Show benefits the Clean Lakes Alliance of the Madison, Wisconsin area.
