Holiday Boats

Chrisbank Corp.

Stewart & Bryan Streets

Kissimmee, Florida

This company built fiberglass-covered marine mahogany boats in Florida, not to be confused with Holiday Plastics of Kansas which made fiberglass boats.

This company was started by Warren Christensen in partnership with Claude Banks. The name "Chrisbank" likely came from the conjugation of their two last names "Chris" and "Banks". Prior to Chrisbank, Warren Christensen started Regal Boats in St. Cloud, Florida. He sold out his stake in Chrisbank sometime around 1958 to focus on Central Marine Sales retail store in Kissimmee. There he sold Johnson outboard motors, Gator trailers, Holiday, Carter-Craft, Speedicraft, Sabre, and Texas Maid Boats. (January 1958 Boating Industry magazine).
