Today I took a break from the paint and worked on the floor. It was my first setback with the project that I noticed I needed to cut through the fiberglass that covers the wood floor of the boat. The wood was so rotted that it needed to be removed. Unfortunately I didn't take any "Before" pictures I guess I was frustrated

However there is a picture of a barrel full of some of the rotted wood.

This is the floor with all of the rotted wood removed

Thanks Ron! I will check that out...What about Paradise Boat Works in Castile, NY? I hear some really nice things about the guys there. I have a '58 Johnson Seahorse on another boat that needs to be looked at.
