Trailcar Boat Trailers

Dunbar Kapple, Inc.

Geneva, Illinois


By 1964, Dunbar Kapple, Inc. was taken over by the John Sterling Corporation of Richmond, Illinois but continued to make Trailcar Boat Trailers as a division within the company. An article in the January 1963 issue of Boating Industry magazine indicates the John Sterling Corporation also had a division called "Great Lakes Boats." More information is needed on this boat-building division.
