Bob Meyer moved North American Marine & Manufacturing from Rockford, Illinois to Warsaw, Indiana in 1954 and continued there until 1959 (Warsaw Times-Union, Jul. 3, 2003, http://news.google.com/newspapers?id=PxdSAAAAIBAJ&sjid=ZTUNAAAAIBAJ&dq=whitehouse%20plastics&pg=4025%2C942642)

North American Marine was bought by Whitehouse Boat Company of Fort Worth, Texas in 1959 (see model listings below).
