Quicksilver Ride Guide emblem and decals

I have 2 projects going that each have different Quicksilver Ride Guide wheels that are missing the center emblem/medallion and decals. ( one missing, one in pieces)
There is a previous 4 or 5 year old thread that mentions a Joe Poole that may have access to the small center pieces, but I can't seem to find him in the member lookup. One is the oblong quicksilver wheel that has a large clear plastic placard that has "Ride Guide" across middle of crossbar of wheel. Other is #3 piece in diagram.
