New: Boat - stringers, deck, carpet, cables (steering, throttle, shift), seats (home made w/ new vinyl), support braces, ignition and choke switches, new cover.
Trailer (home made same vintage year) - one new tire, lights, some bumpers replaced, new winch cable
Engine (1957 Johnson 35hp electric start) - had $700 work done on it several years ago when it was on a '59 Larson. Ran smoothly then, but haven't wired it up yet. Has pressure fuel tank tha
