This company, in addition to recreational runabouts, made a range of hydroplane and small race boat models. Prior to purchase by Chemical & Industrial Corp. of Cincinnati, Ohio, sometime around 1958, this company was named Swift Woodcraft, Inc. J. B. Swift was president of the company prior to purchase and the designer of their boats. Jim Scott served as manager. In 1958, this company exhibited at the Chicago Boat Show.
