This company made a range of small engine test equipment, including dwell tachometers, peak voltmeters, and magneto ignition analyzers. These could be used for diagnosing engine performance problems due to faulty ignition components such as ignition coils, condensers, points, starter solenoids, distributor caps, and the later electronic ignition powerpacks.
