Welcome to the FiberGlassics® Library Note: ToReturn to Fiberglassics Home Page

A wiki (pronounced /ˈwɪki/ WIK-ee) is a website that allows the easy[1] creation and editing of any number of interlinked web pages via a web browser using a simplified markup language or a WYSIWYG text editor.[2][3] Wikis are typically powered by wiki software and are often used to create collaborative websites, to power community websites, for personal note taking, in corporate intranets, and in knowledge management systems. Consult the User's Guide for information on the characteristics of wikis.

The purpose of this Wiki is to document facts, proceedures, tools, information and techniques about classic fiberglass boats.

The definition of a classic fiberglass boat, sometimes referred to as a "FiberGlassic" or "Glassic" is: a boat designed and built from the 50’s through the early 70’s which has unique design qualities common to those eras. For example, a large finned boat from the 50's identifies a style that was found in cars, boats and other products. Our goal is to promote the restoration and enjoyment of these unique craft!.
