Though 1956 and 1957 models are listed in the model guide below, a March 23, 1958 article in the Lakeland Ledger states boats were not available for sale to the general public until fall 1957. The company was started by Ross Fleming, Jr. after becoming acquainted with work done on fiberglass boats in the Miami area while on vacation. First operations were in a former barn on the Old Tampa Hwy, then 1124 Omohundro, with operations at 1000 N. Webster making boats at the rate of about one per day with five employees.


Later found listed at 1311 Greenwood St., Lakeland, Florida.
