Carr Craft

Most of what is known about this company comes from the history of Sea Ray Boats which began when Cornelius Nathanial Ray III, known as C.N. Ray or Connie Ray, purchased Carr Craft in 1959. In this account, Jerry Michalak is noted as having been associated with the design of the Carr Craft Boats and was retained by Mr. Ray. In addition to fiberglass boats, Carr Craft had produced golf cart bodies and coffins (Obituary, Arizona Republic, Dec. 30 2011; Yachting, May 2009).

If you have additional information, please contact us so that we may preserve and share the history of these old boats.
