Aqua Flair Marine Equipment Company

PO Box 434

Grand Rapids, Michigan

This company went so far as to register design patents for their styled chrome bow handles, cleats, and other deck fittings:

These patents were filed by Jack De Young of Grand Haven, Michigan and assigned to Aqua Flair. This application was filed on August 20, 1957. Eventually the patent was assigned to Attwood Brass Works.

Even more confusing, Wilcox-Crittenden eventually advertises by 1961 a line of Aqua Flair deck hardware.
