Sterncraft Boat Company
Lewisville, Texas
William C. Bell, former company owner, was a Mercury outboard motor distributor since 1952, serving the Oklahoma and Texas areas for thirty-two years (see 1986 obituary below). According to the 1977 article below, Sterncraft Boats was founded circa 1962 and at the year of publication (1977) produced 16 to 24' foots with about 100 workers.
