Come join us for a relaxing weekend of camping and boating on beautiful Lake Shasta.  Lake Shasta is approximately 175 miles North of Sacramento CA, and is one of the largest man made lakes in the nation.  Lake Shasta offers boaters 365 miles of shoreline, full service marinas, private resorts, public and private camping, and breath taking views of the Cascade mountain range.  Travelers from the South or North can travel directly to Lake Shasta via Interstate 5.  We will be camping at Herz Bay campground, which is located on the McCloud River arm of the lake.
