How big is she? Any hardware left? Engine? If someone can bring an old PT back to life nothing is impossible.

Boat hardware is almost all there. Engines still around. What is your plan?

My plan would be to watch someone else restore it.

I think one of the best wooden boat restorers in the world is Harlan Orrin, Orrin boats in fallbrook california, he has done some of the rarest and most historicly signifigant boats around boats that looked impossible to save, he saved, or built exact duplicates look him up on the web you'll be glad you did,
He is currently doing my 1959 bristol ski hawk check out the pictures under my profile

Is this the PTF Nasty Class at Worton Creek Marina in Great Oak, MD? John Patnoviks place? He had a few of the Napier Deltic Engines a while back when he bought the boat from General Propulsion. These boats were pretty complete minus Napier Engines Electronics and Motors

that boat looked like this back in the day. Brown Water Navy Vietnam PTF Nasty Class patrol boats with twin 3100 Napier Deltic 18 cylinder horizontally opposed engines. 6,200 Shaft HP 45 knots
the boats were covered in a plastic to protect them from being spotted on Radar and the exhaust exited through the bottom of the boat s that they were quiet.
