TOPIC: canadian made

This is a k&c thermoglass made in richmond b.c.
Not actually sure what year this is but the trailer is a road runner registered as a 1971 and the fire extinguisher mounted in the bow expired in 1978.
The motor is a 1984 I think
The blue paint may have been original, or added, certainly touched up because there is overspray on some parts. I have seen 2 others on youtube the same color but not the same windshield, one was a hardtop.
Does anyone know anymore about these boats or the manufacturer.
Any guess about the year? The guy I bought it from said it was only 20 years old but I don't believe that is correct.
Tried to figure out the H.I.N but it doesn't seem to fit the format outlined, is there an older system
