I have a 1974 Glasspar cutlas190 what is it worth? 8 years 3 months ago #118184

I have a 1974 Glasspar cutlas 190 with a Johnson 115HP,3.5HP kicker, and tilt bed trailer what is it worth?
The deck has been redone in coated marine plywood in 2014.
All wiring in the boat has been redone in 2015.
Brand new large battery and bilge pump.
Engine has been completely rebuilt, 120 PSI in all cylinders.
New plugs, wires, coils, and powerpack.
New fuel pump and carburetors rebuilt in 2014.
The original inboard gas tank was removed because of rust, it now has 2 new plastic tanks.
trailer wiring was redone in 2014.
New tires and greased bearings in 2014.
New straps, bungees, tarp, and winch belt.
Paint has scratches in it here and there, and there are a few screws missing.
I was thinking the value was somewhere around $2500-$3000 for the package. Am I right?

MontrealGlasspar,

WELCOME ABOARD.

I have NO idea what your nice boat is worth in Canada, however.

More pictures would help alot with the value, I think you're probably close with your estimate, maybe just a little high?

Looks like you have a nice turn key package there, I would advertise it on KIJIJI as such. I think you are about right with the $3000 price. For our American friends thats only $2000 US dollars.

Thanks I listed it for $2500 USD the least I think I will take is $2250 USD though. I hope I find someone before I need to pay for winter storage.

Everything is there, just get in the boat, turn the key, and go boating. What you have is perfect for somebody that wants to get into boating, or fishing. They don,t have to worry about anything, its all there, ready to go. Turn Key.

daveswave,

WELL-SAID. imVho, that nice rig is a USING BOAT.
(IF it was mine, I'd build a fly-casting deck forward & go out to do battle with the Gulf's juvenile tarpon.)

MERRY CHRISTMAS, satx
