TOPIC: Boats....like potato chips?

Well, I've officially joined the ranks of the truly insane and bought a second boat. It's a 74 Century Arabian in very nice shape.
I didn't get any manuals or literature with it and am somewhat surprised how hard it is to find much technical info online on, what I had assumed, perhaps incorrectly, was a fairly popular, long produced boat.
I'm looking at my first test run this Sunday, weather permitting.
Anyone have any experience, tips, or whatever on these things? It sure "looks" like fun!

I have an Arabian, what do you want to know? Judging by your name I'll assume it has a 440 most Arabians had big block v drives. Mine is a 454 with a borgwarner tranny and v drive. Mercuries the and crusader installs where very similar where they both used Chevy. Lots where made withe the 440's but unsure of tranny v drive combo on those. Try looking surfing under Chrysler marine.
