Live and let die. Actually there are a number of those vessels in my area. Enough that the local boat ramp has a sign on it saying to be courteous to the local housing and to idle while going to the lake/green bay.
By the looks of the tape on the sign it's been for sale a long time. Duct take gets wrinkley after a year or so.
