I got a boat to fix ! Cal has to make a cloud of red dust, Others have lakes to cruise, coves to find and explore, fish that need catching.

Is it just me, or is he laughing?? I don't think it is because of the floosy either. I still like the hat idea. It looks like here on Wisconsin's west coast we might actually see the low 50's by the weekend ( I will believe it when I see it ). That is about where the average temp should be for this time of year. I don't think it has warmed all the way up to the "average" since probably in February.

Has that little S.O.B. kicked the bucket yet. I think they are going to put a bounty on him here in Wisconsin. Today it is in the upper 30's and windy, but we are the lucky ones. I heard that up in the Twin Cities ( Minneapolis-St. Paul) they got 10 inches of snow. That is just 130 miles north of us. That is just sick!!! It still hasn't hit 60 degrees here yet. If it waits until after next Saturday it will be a new all time record for the latest date. The average high for this time of year is the low to mid 60's. We might set a new all time low for tonight in the low 20's. Hey Al Gore, where is this "Global Warming" that we have been hearing so much about!
I still haven't even pulled the cover off my Thompson that is just sitting patiently in the garage.
There, I got that off my chest and I feel better!!! Bring on the hot weather!!!!!

I love spring too. I just wish it would get here!!!! The grass is just starting to turn green but nothing else looks like it is even starting. There is still some ice on some lakes and ponds in the area and remnants of snow piles in some shaded spots.
Last year (which was a little unusual) we were already mowing the lawn and were golfing and boating for a month.
Bring on the HEAT!!!!!!
