TOPIC: Lyme Disease and deer ticks.

Lyme Disease and deer ticks. 11 years 5 months ago #71046

It is a big problem here. I've had to undergo treatment in the past. We went hunting this morning and in one hour we were back home. I picked off 46 deer ticks off of myself in that time. My son didn't keep count. We stripped outside and I put our cloths in the washer while he showered and then I took a shower. He had to borrow cloths to get home. It was not pleasant.

I hate those little SOB's. My son had to go through a couple of treatments also. Big problem with them up here in northern Minnesota too.

Glad to here none of them set into you Bob.

My old man many years ago used to take a lit cigarette and touch it to their hineys, they would back out also.
