I found this in a shed.
When I asked the guy if he would sell it he said "how 'bout 15 bucks".

I will go way out on a limb here, because I think I have seen that before. I guy across the street from us (a close family friend) named, Bucky Meyers in Shinglehouse P.A. use to make miniature to scale oil rigs and platforms as of such when I was a kid.

He sold most of his models to quaker-state oil, which can be seen in there museum.

He had a rig that was towed during town parades, that supplied there own source of energy (no generators or battery's needed) he would just push on something and the whole rig would start running.

when I say miniature, an oil rig would be around 7 to 8 feet tall and was portable for display.

Looks like a minin Steam trubine of some sort. is there a burner? or maby is used an external burner. Cool though!
