ok stumbled across this this on cregs-list here locally and at first I was like whoa I found an unknown manufacture whoop whoop, but don't let the steering wheel hub fool yea...that has nutting to do do with who made it...just old after market stuff..

That's funny I was thinking white house too , just because the way the nose is shaped on top.

The way the line of the deck continues to drop while the line of the fin rises looks like Cutter or Owens. Can't see the front deck design well enough to see if that matches either one, though. Could be the dark color...but more likely old eyes.
