TOPIC: 59 CROSBY STERING WHEEL

I HAVE A 59 CROSBY CAPRI, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT KIND
OF STERING WHEEL IT CAME WITH. THE ONE IT IS ON
IT I DONT THINK IT IS FACTORY, THERE IS NO COVER ON IT

Ive only seen Ride Guide on the Capris BUT it depended mainly on the Dealer, what did he sell Mercury's or Evinrudes thats what they pushed & if it were mercury then you got a "Mercury Quicksilver RideGuide Steering"

The crosby "Capri" with its 57 Corvett dashboard and progressive V hull was considered the fastest hull in its day for a pleasure boat and some were raced in apba apparently Astronaut Allen Shepard raced a Capri in APBA, Mercury was the top of the speed charts at that time and on all the Capri ads Ive seen all had inline mercs and "Ride Guide" steering

& there just happens to be one on ebay now,
