I was thinking. I have seen some Glassic videos here & there of our boats in action ON THE WATER. How-bout this thread as a Video catch all for them?

I would start this one with my Flag Ship. The Nancy Christine II. Named after my late mother, Nancy Christine Keay.....

This is as far as we know to date, The last Orlando Clipper 21 still on the water. I am sure another will show up some day.

Some people are like slinkies... Not much good for anything, but they sure are fun to push down the stairs.

Here is one of me and my wife in the 1966 Powercat that I rebuilt in 2008-09. My daughter and my dog can be heard talking...

Interesting that you seem to be at Stump Pass (Englewood Fl.) in that video. I grew up in Port Charlotte and we used to ski there behind Glastron boats regularly. My friends that I skied with both had Glastrons, one was a GT160 with a 100 HP Evinrude (he still has it) and my other friend had a GT 150 with a 135 Johnson. The waterway you are in was called 'Skiers Alley' and I still remember that as my favorite place on earth. We could ski on 'glass' in the alley, walk 100 ft. to the gulf side and bodysurf.

That was where I had my 1st date with my wife of 37 years.

Thanks for posting.

Very close Bernie. If you're referring to the video I mentioned we're actually heading just north of the Tom Adams bridge in Lemon Bay. Yup Ski Alley is still here and still a great place. But now so overrun by pwcs & wakeboarders & towables & kayaks, etc few people attempt to ski there. Maybe during the week but definitely not on a weekend.

Stump Pass is barely navigable these days. Even in an outboard. Needs dredged real bad!

Take care.

ps. "Stump Pass Fly By" shows the boat in Ski Alley.

FYI the Classic Glastron Owners Association Minnesota chapter just released a professionally produced DVD of their 2009 Red Wing meet. 30+ Glastrons & Carlsons and tons of metalflake for your enjoyment.
Really really cool!
