Hi All,
I'm going to be in Madison, WI this week. Is this a big show? Lots of boats and vendors? Worth driving 3 hours to?
Thanks,
Eric

Display boats and motors in the ice hockey arena building (Nice restored stuff). Outside vendors from many states with motors, hardware, props, steering, a few bargain boats and trailers, lots of random outboards, gas tanks, more. I bought a 90hp in line 6 cylinder 1986 merc with new controls for a friend last year...nice motor and on his boat now. also they run boats at the waterfront right there...some cool and crazy stuff. usually some racing boats/motors. I am going tomorrow. I have found many of my hard to find missing items. I will look to see if I can find a link to where there are some past photo galleries. I love shopping the vendors and each is very helpful. You can find new vintage decals for engines. Your call, but a relatively easy drive....I drive that run often and good highways.

www.aomcinorthwoods.com/events/jul-31-aug-3rd-2019-tomahawk-nationals I usually try to go Wednesday, Thursday or Friday if I am buying something. Saturday will have less for sale as people have been buying for 3 days and some people may have to leave earlier. Not sure what you would want to see, but I love this show...if you get to hear a 6 cylinder quincy looper running at high rpm with 6 open piles, you wont forget it. also forgot there are usually about 15-20 boats parked on the water edge...the water and landing is right there. I go every year. You will find a few fiberglassic members there.
