Tough to tell without a clear shot of the deck, but it looks an awful lot like the 1958 Yellow Jacket pictured here. Yellow Jackets had the trademark "spears" on both the wood as well as the fiberglass boats. That's Roy Rogers driving the 19 Cruiser. He was Vice President of Yellow Jacket after he became an investor.
