We did this over 10yrs ago and never took it to a show,,but its time for the big DANCE,milwaukee new boat show in a week or so with Glacier chapter

I was just there today with the family, and seen Bills boat! It looked very nice, as well as the rest of the glacier lake classic boat display. The whole milwaukee boat show was much better than years past, as it was not just luxury yachts. There was a good veriaty of every kind of boat imaginable, heck there was even a trailerable sailboat. It was James my 4 year old sons first boat show, and he loves crawling all over those $80,000 to $500,000 boats.

This seemed to be one of the favorites and I gauge that simply all the oohs and aahs I heard from the crowd while viewing this Glassic beauty. Bills attention to detail in his Classic Glass restorations is remarkable.

Another beauty in Milwaukee was Eddie Rennferd's PRESCIOUS. This one of a kind 1960 Douglas Marine 16' I/O runabout is powered with a 155HP Buick Nailhead 215CI V8.











According to Eddie, the Douglas Marine Company was in business during the late 50's and early 60's. A retired GM engineer owned and operated the company building custom boats in Milwaukee.
