I'm going to work on my 1957 beeline saffire have a stringer that has been fiberglassed over. I wonder if someone could tell me what type of stringer is in the beeline foam,wood,steel, aluminum? Thanks mark

Have not personally opened up a stringer in a B Line but being its a 57 very good chance it will be wood.

sorry for slow response but pc wouldn't let me on here,,,but to answer your question, it is a paper roll cut in half,then glassed over it,We have did it with balsa wood between the remaining paper then heavy cloth,it solid,,Bill,, I have several of these
