TOPIC: What year/model is this boat?

I picked up this old boat for nothing from my brother, and he knew very little about it. I have my local parks and recreation department coming to assign a HIN, but I still would like to know what it REALLY is. All I know is that the engine is a 1970 Evinrude Triumph 60 hp 3-cylinder, has "selectric" shift, and is 16 feet long, fiberglass. There seems to be a VERY faded emblem on the steering wheel, but absolutely NO other indicators. A few key things I have seen that stood out is the metal "turnbuckles" on the rear corners, and the tether hook on the bow, which is seated in front of the bow light, which seems to be a unique setup. Here's a few pics to help. Keep in mind: this old girl hasn't seen water in 20 years, but with the love I intend to give her, she will in the spring. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you, y'all!
