We unhooked the trailer from the tow truck so it could tilt /angle down at it's back edge. We then wedged a length of plywood under the bow of the boat for the boat to side onto the trailer, once we stated pulling on the boat's bow eye.

flatbed when we bought it up in Michigan three years ago. We were lucky to have had the Seafair on a boat trailer although I do have a 10,000 pound winch on my flatbed.
