found this boat close by . it is tagged as a bowman Geneva, I can not find any info on it. it is in good condition and has a nice trailer, no motor. but no fins either. does any of you know anything about this boat company? thanks frog [img]http://www.fiberglassics.com/media/kunena/attachments/legacy/images/bowmna1-20141123.JPG I guess all the pic will not load. i'll give it another try [img]http://www.fiberglassics.com/media/kunena/attachments/legacy/images/bowmna1-20141123-4.JPG this is the only pic it will allow me to load. Bowman Aluminum boats

Not sure, but I often find that manufacturer pages pop up as being in the FG library when you google them, but aren't listed on the main library page...

W/ just the logo to go on, I have no idea if 'your' Bowman is listed in the library, but looks like quite a few are........

Be sure to do all your "looking" with an ice pick, especially low on the inside at the transom, stringers and ribs. There is a lot of firewood out there shaped like boats.

frog....the blue book in the bowman section lists a Geneva v4r 14ft for 1956...shows it as plywood however bluebooks are not always correct...lists as 30hp max....cheers, john

thanks guys, this boat is aluminum. i'm staying away from glass from now on. and it is 16 foot long. frog
